Got in at 9am with 2-3ft surf. Murky at the top but opened to 10+ below 30ft. A bit of surge on the way to the reef. More surge inside the reef. Once we got to the backside, viz was presently surprised with 15ft+ murky. I got made out the reef but murky (of course). [...]

Full adult size really fat horn shark. Very murky even at 30ft couple of fat lemon dorid and Doriopsilla (orange). 1 Porter’s chromodorid, 1 Doriopsilla gemala (orange), 1 Doriopsilla albopunctata, 1 Chromodoris macfarlandi (three yellow stripes), lots of croaking noise. 0-1ft surf made for an easy entry-and-exit. At the end of a 90min+ dive, we just took off our fins and turned around and walk out like a sandy beach exit.

Getting in and out of the cove was pretty easy even in a mid-low tide. Viz was poor and lots of white algae floating about.
